How would the proposed law change present rules about privacy, if at all?Could people refuse to obey any new health care legislation based on the Fifth Amendment?that is one of the main reasons that people are not voting for it. the new bill changes some of the laws that we have in place, like abortion laws for example.Could people refuse to obey any new health care legislation based on the Fifth Amendment?wait, it's illegal to receive treatment for illegal drugs, now?
And Doctors and hospitals are already required to report injuries and conditions that were the result of committing a crime.
I don't follow your reasoning.Could people refuse to obey any new health care legislation based on the Fifth Amendment?Fifth Amendment is an illogical reach.
People will refuse to purchase health care; subsequent enforcement will lead to arrests. Those charges when fought through the court system will be determined to be Constitutionally basis since the US Constitution does not grant to either federal or state governments any right to compel one to do anything.
