Where can i find a legitimate copy of the Rex 84 legislation?

I'm considering focusing on the readiness exercise 1984 bill/act for my AP U.S. history research project and non-surprisingly, none of the mainstream establishment school sources have any information at all about Rex 84, or its existence. Clearly because it deals with putting American dissidents into concentration camps.
