Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights?

Is anti abortion legislation taking away rights, and giving privileges,

or taking away privileges, and give rights.

Is the ability to abortion a child a basic right to give to all women,

or is it a privilege.

And when we pass it,

are we giving the right to live to the unborn child,

or is life for unborn children a Privilege? Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights? They are anti rights and against the citizens. Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights?
Whether right or wrong, the "unborn" are not perceived as children but as the clinical "fetus" (a lump of cells). As such, by our current legal definition, that lump of cells is not a distinct individual (so cannot claim rights). So any anti abortion legislation is taking away / limiting rights.

I tend to be on the side of the pro-life crowd, especially as it pertains to late term abortions. There is no doubt in my mind that at some point in time during the pregnancy the fetus does indeed become something more...ie an individual. As such, that individual SHOULD have rights. In competing cases (mother vs. unborn) the right of everyone to "live" should be paramount. Only in cases where one threatens the other physically (right of the mother to live..ie child is a danger) should abortion happen.

As to morality, if you believe at any point in time during a womans pregnancy that a child becomes something more than a lump of cells (including late term..like 8 months) than if you turn a blind eye to "abortion" it is no different than ignoring murder. For those that consider a lump of cells a lump of cells right up until birth, it doesn't apply. Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights?Any restriction on freedom takes away rights from the individual and gives power to another, be it legislature, court or religious organization.

Freedom is to precious to lose. Oppose all attempts to establish a theocracy.

Freedom first.
Wait, wait, wait, wait. What legislation? The Supreme Court won't allow any legislature to pass a law that bans abortion, or haven't you been paying attention to what Roe v. Wade means? Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights? It's taking away rights. It's letting the government have control of your body.Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights?
My body, my business and whatever morals you get from whatever ancient book you worship does not apply to anyone but you or those who choose to worship it.
Taking away rights. Is anti abortion legislation taking a way rights, or give more rights?
Trying to take away rights.
abortion kills an unborn child...period.. the laws should protect their rights as well. if you dont want to have a friggen baby...DONT GET PREGNANT...wow..what a bunch of idiots.
It would take away the freedom to be a horrible person. Wouldn't want that.
