How do you find recent delegated legislation that has been made?

OPSI (the ridiculous 'new' name of Her Majesty's Stationery Office)

The chronological tables are at:

http://www.opsi.gov.uk/stat.htm

These are from 1987 onwards and since you wanted 'recent' secondary legislation, these are presumably the ones you require.

If you only know the name of the secondary legislation, you can search by name.

The OPSI site also has functionality for an RSS feed for new secondary (ie delegated ) legislation at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/legislation/whats鈥?/a>

Remember, you'll have to search separately on OPSI for delegated legislation for the devolved parts of the UK

The secondary legislation does not contain the amended versions of the instruments, obviously.

How do you find recent delegated legislation that has been made?Halsbury's Statutory Instruments in the public library. Go to a loose leaf update and hope it is updated. If you want to go further The stationary office (HMSO) will sell you copies. You will need to be more specific than this How do you find recent delegated legislation that has been made?http://www.statutelaw.gov.uk is a useful source for older legislation
