But we fail ourselves if we fail to ask why we have so many perpetrators. In the U.S. we have adopted a National culture of violence. Violence is our foreign policy. We reward and encourage extreme violence and acting on rage on a global scale. With heinous brutality at the top, wanton disregard for human life, is it any wonder crime shows up on the streets?
