Hitler was a "racist" and did blame Jewish bankers for much of the economic troubles that both Germany and Europe experienced. Because he was a dictator, legislation was not important, he could rule by "decree".



But, related to banking, and debts, the USA in part supported England over Germany during the war, in part due to bankers believing that England would repay war loans better than what Germans could.



Americans were more likely to support the side, that we had loaned most money too, the English.

(there were many Americans who actually supported the Nazi, over England, even Henry Ford, was a "Hilter" fan)



Hitler's ideas about "fixing" their economy were more based on expansion of German boundaries and rebuilding their war machine. Several former German areas were taken away from Germany as punishment for "starting" WWI.



He put Germans back to work rebuilding the infrastructure of Germany, especially large collosiums (where 1936 Olympics were held) but mostly his economic plans centered on building up the German armed forces -- more ships, submarines, tanks, planes, ect.



He did not care about German debt, he cared about putting unemployed back to work, and in expansion of German power in Europe.



BTW, the Volkeswagan, German for "people's car" was a Hitler idea. He wanted a car that the workers could afford, put more people to work on assembly lines, and with more cars on streets, it justified building better roads..



Economic laws/principles are really not related to human morality, religion, nor politics.

I am very much simplifying this because this was a process years in the making where Hitler little by little garnered more and more power, but in the end the above was all true. If Hitler had made a speech stating that all unicorns were traitors to the state you can pretty much bet that that same afternoon the Gestapo would have been looking for unicorns to arrest.

It was to take power away from the jews and give it to the poor so that other peopel become wealthy instead of the jews.

Hitler thought that the Jews had a lot money and the other German people did not.
