What are the QLD, and/or Commonwealth, and/or Australian Federal Legislation that cover abortion?

I know it's illegal in QLD (and probably the rest of Australia), but I want to read the details of it (Legal Studies assignment). If you can name some, but aren't sure if you have included ALL of them, please say so. I would prefer the most recent legislation (legislation currently in effect). I've searched Austlii, but it's kind of hard to navigate through a few hundred different articles.

Thanks in advance. What are the QLD, and/or Commonwealth, and/or Australian Federal Legislation that cover abortion?I'm not aware of any federal laws on this subject. In Queensland, the relevant provisions are to be found in the Criminal Code 1899: http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/qld/c鈥?/a> (this is the version currently in effect).

Sections 224-226 contain the offences, and section 282 contains the defence for necessary medical treatment.

Elsewhere, abortion has been decriminalised in the ACT and Victoria. All other States, and the NT, still have a law against abortion, with varying exceptions.
