(there is social sevrvices, but that's not just for the homeless.)What are some of the laws and legislation set up to protect the homeless?I don't know about your state but each state does have a provision in the laws for weather..in other words if it's really cold they won't kick them off the heating grills...Otherwise homeless people are given the same protections under the law and non homeless people.
