Also www.pbrc.net/breedspecific.html has it listed a little better but I can't seem to get the page opened.What states have breed specific legislation?Colorado does NOT have a state wide law, but after a whole string of very grisly pitbull attacks, many cities along the front range have enacted a variety of legislation ranging from outright bans to specific rules about certain breeds.
We also have a fairly strong aggressive dog law and that is state wide.
