Sarbanes-Oxley Legislation came out in 2002, to protect employees from retaliation if they come forward and say anything about the corporation and their financial reports that may not be completely true. Does this law include blowing the whistle on poor behavior? It was legislation passed to swing power back into the auditiors hands and make the heads of the companies more liable for the financial statements among other things.
