Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?

Should their be a law to liberate women so that they are not dependent on a man when she gets pregnant. In the first trimester the law would give the man the option of signing away his rights and responsibility for a child accidentally conceived. That way a woman could be free of the hassle of the man asserting his fatherhood rights.Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?I totally support Choice for Men. If women can opt out of parenthood through abortion, men should be granted the same choice. It would cut down on the number of "oops" pregnancies for sure!Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?
Are you insane? As men WE are the ones responsible for what women do. It is only right that all my money should go to her if *I* make a baby by myself and she is an innocent bystander that ends up having to look after an unwanted kid. It is only right that I should go to prison if she hits me and I call the police, so that she can live happily.Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?I believe this is catagorized under Common Sense.Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?
Sure as long as she doesn't ask for a penny from taxpayers to help raise that child.Legislation to make women responsible for their bodies?Responsibility / accountability are like kryptonite to a womanLegislation to make women responsible for their bodies?
Uh, your way of putting it is absurd, but yes, there should be a way for males to opt out of parent-hood, as long as it's in time for the female to use that information to inform her decision as to what to do.

The law you describe has nothing, of course, to do with "liberating women" or women "being free of the hassle of men asserting their fatherhood rights."

But, since I support the pregnant person's right to make their own life decisions, I can't deny that right to the person who made the pregnant person pregnant.
Pregnancy is a dependent state caused by 2 people.

Most people are aware of this going in.

Maybe folks should just slow down and THINK before hitting the sheets every chance they get.
