Anything regarding recycling programs or recycling centres in schools in the United States. Are there any policies regulating or mandating recycling centres in the United States? Are recycling programs regulated by state or local government, or can they be mandated by federal government?
Thanks in advance!Is there any current federal legislation/policies regarding K-12 school recycling programs?the federal government does not regular education, even though it's suppose to. Only states regular it and I've never heard of a state mandate for recycling, but then again I haven't checked all 50.
