Given that the majority of americans are against the dream act and this is clearly just a pandering to Hispanics who kept reid in office.If the democrats push for the Dream Act can they kiss any other legislation they want to pass goodbye?I actually like to see the DREAM Act passed into legislation. I just want to tell you a little about myself and just PLEASE everyone be open minded here. I am a non U.S. Citizen but I truly feel that I am. My parents came here when I was 2 years old. I didn't start to speak until a year later, and now i'm 18 years old and graduated high school with a diploma and is currently attending college. I pay my own taxes and carry a good job and I also pay for college out of my own pocket (without using a penny from the government).



I just don't understand why people become so ignorant over this subject, I have no voice and I don't expect to have one over this subject. I would like to see the DREAM Act pass because without it, my dreams of becoming a doctor would be totally crushed and I can't believe I would have to go through this. I am just like everyone else. I'm an American.
