Does the Obamacare legislation specify whether the death panels will be open to the public?

Does anyone know whether the public will be able to attend the death panels like we can for criminal trials?



Even if Obamacare passes, I can't see it lasting too long once the public starts seeing their fellow citizens - family, friends and neighbors - being declared "unfit to live" and being put down like an animal at the hands of the government.Does the Obamacare legislation specify whether the death panels will be open to the public?There are no death panels under the plan. And what about the panels run by the hospitals who deny life saving surgery to those who can't afford it, or the organ procurement list's who pick and chose who do end up with a organ. If you are rich, past 60 and need a liver because of Cirrhosis and you got the money, the medical field will give you an organ while someone more deserving dies.

IF this Bill does get stuffed down our throats - it will NEVER be passed by sane people!! Will we be able to actually READ the damn thing in it's entirety? OR, is this just a mythical bunch of imaginary words composed by Obama's Dream Team?

Isn't there a law that says, when entering into a contract, a person SHOULD READ IT BEFORE ACCEPTING IT'S CONDITIONS? AND, SOME OF THE CONTRACTS I HAVE COME ACROSS EVEN GIVE YOU AT LEAST 3 DAYS TO ACCEPT THEM OR REJECT IT!!! I am talking about contracts for material items, such as a car, furniture or even a house. Something that you can see and touch. What THIS Administration is doing, is trying to sell us something that HAS no substance!!! I wonder what they would do if we just ignore this Bill, just like they are ignoring us!! If nobody bought into it, what are they going to do? Stick us all in jail? They would probably scream we are breaking the Law! Oh yeah!!! What you are referring to is a doctor's right to get paid for discussing end-of-life care for people who have little chance of living. No, they won't be public, as they'll be between a doctor and his patient, plus whoever the patient invites into the room.
