with all the recent stories in the press and people that suffer degenerative diseases lead them to endure suffering and dying in pain with out dignity and choice, i would fully support the change what say you? ;-)What are your views on the idea of legislation being passed for euthanasia?whats the craic red,christ dats a deep question. i reckon every1 has the right 2 decide how 2 live their own lives. so if i was dying in pain id like 2 have the choice about what 2do!What are your views on the idea of legislation being passed for euthanasia?Some people are physically fine but are in a lot more mental pain and suffering than those with physical ailments.

If life becoming intolerable and unbearable is the foundation for any new legislation then you'll find that a lot more people are in that bracket than just those that suffer degenerative diseases. It would then be perfectly rational and logical to make assisted suicide available to anyone and everyone.What are your views on the idea of legislation being passed for euthanasia?Killing your citizen for medical reasons (vs- criminal punishment) is a slippery slope. Once you begin a program of eliminating people for 'cause' it is too easy to expand the cause and begin moving from requested to required eliminations.
