What these companies offer (and in some occasions there is NO possible return of items) is well below market value and from what I have read may be as low as 30%



Should such ads not also be FORCED to warn that the value given is below average and the item should be valued locally before posting? It's a free market. If a company is offering a certain price, be it below the market value, they have the right to offer that price. If someone wants to sell them their gold without doing research or shopping around, that's their problem.
