Is it true that none of 3 candidates who are in the Senate are going to vote on the bailout legislation?

I really want links if possible. I consider this a BIG thing and will impact all taxpayers for a long time. Are they (Obama, McCain, Biden) going to be there as Senators and vote? I think they should.Is it true that none of 3 candidates who are in the Senate are going to vote on the bailout legislation?You are sooo right!
