When will Massachusetts adopt Medial Marijuana Legislation?

I currently live in MA and have done fairly extensive research on the topic. I have found myself with a ton of loose ends and no direct answer. I understand no one can predict exactly when it will happen, but any sort of predictions would be greatly appreciated. If possible, sources, upcoming events, or any other information regarding the subject would add to the validity of your opinion.
