that means as we are working for a UK company and paying tax in the UK we cannot spend any longer than 9 months in our work destinations. Does anyone have anymore information on this? N.B these are destinations that you dont require a visa for, i.e mainland spain, canaries etc and previously could work there on an ongoing basis.I work for a travel company and have been told about a new legislation?I haven't heard anything about this.
I would 'expect' (but don't Know) that it may have something to do with your National Insurance Contributions back to the UK in terms of how you are taxed, and what category you are placed under etc..
I guess that the issue is centered around the fact that you are essentially a 'Frontier' / Offshore worker.
