Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation?

I can't believe disgruntled citizens are being labled as so negatively. How out of touch is congress? In our early history, these types of laws and politicians were greeted with torches and pitchforks.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation? These protesters at the town hall meetings just seem so stupid. Calm down. Ask intelligent questions. Stop yelling. Then people just might take you seriously.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation?
That is exactly the purpose of town hall meetings. But in our Obamanation free speech is under assault. The right to dissent is no longer considered by the left to be desirable, or even allowable.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation? It looks like most of the protesters are seniors which is understandable since the government plans to cut Medicare by $400 billion over the next 10 years when Medicare recipients are going to grow by millions of people. We all know how health care costs are cut in countries with socialized medical care for older people. They are refused treatments based on their age. The democrats won't answer those questions. How can they?

The big problem for the government in this group of people also lies in the fact that the seniors are becoming the biggest voter block and 70% of them tend to vote. Calling them an orchestrated paid protest serving the insurance industry is asinine.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation?
It will not stop me from voicing my opinions. I am not breaking any laws. They are and will be held accountable.

Don't let anyone scare you into submission.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation? Not when fascists like Obama have controlled meetings with George Soros approved questions.Isn't the whole point of a town hall meeting is for people to voice their concerns over legislation?
Yes, that is the point. But voicing your concerns so loudly that nobody else gets a chance to voice theirs (shouting down speakers) is using your free speech to deny other people free speech. That's wrong.
