Since Obama's Congress is passing Legislation before it is written can we get new Senators before the election?

I guess it all started with the Patriot Act; but Obama liked the idea so much he lobbied his Obamacare Bill through Congress before it was written and now Obama's Fiance Laws are being voted into Law before anything is written.



Call me old fashioned but I like the Bills that are carefully written then voted on. Every politician's got only 24 hours to get their pork in before time's up and the highest bidder gets to write the law. Me? I don't care 2 farts about 'carefully crafted" legislation that lies to us with big letter words. If my lover's gonna leave me in the lurch, just drop the keys in the basket %26amp; forget about the heart felt letter. My motto is keep those cash registers jingling.
